永平寺 [お出かけ]
年に２回しかない連休のお楽しみ旅行。
今夏は北陸をチョイス。
初日の宿、金沢を目指す前に、永平寺に寄り道。
門前では飲食店・お土産屋さんのおっちゃん・おばちゃんが手招きしながら駐車場案内を
してきますので要注意！ 寺から少し距離のある場合もありますよ。
永平寺の正面スグに公営駐車場がありますので、とりあえずそこが空いているかどうかを確認してからでも遅くありません。公営駐車場が一杯の場合はあきらめてお土産屋さんの駐車場を利用しましょう。
永平寺の門をくぐるとまず吉祥閣でお参りの心得を拝聴します。
「観光気分ではなく、参拝者の気持ちになること」を求められます。
気が引き締まります。
吉祥閣から階段を上がりると傘松閣。
ここの格天井には当時（昭和５年）文展・帝展に入選した南画の大家１４４名による２３０枚の花鳥図がはめ込まれていて、圧巻です。これだけでも見る価値があります。
この大広間の畳に寝転がって、花鳥図を眺めてみたい衝動にかられたのは私だけではないハズ！
永平寺の歴史など詳細を知らずとも、建造物の素晴らしさや景色を眺めるだけでも十二分に楽しめますよ。
